is our policy to request a deposit on booking of 50% per room,
and this will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

you cancel your booking we reserve the right to claim any balance
owing to us.

Guests
are asked to vacate their rooms by 10.00am on day of departure.

note: 4pm is the very earliest time we welcome guests.

Heated outdoor pool open from April/September (weather permitting)

may use the pool between 7.00am - 8.30pm and 5.30pm - 7.30pm

The
rear garden is open to guests from 7.00am - 10.00am and 5.00pm

There
is an outdoor adult size trampoline which is ok to use up to
a weight of 20 stone.

The
manufactures recomend that only one person should use the trampoline
at a time.

An
insurance disclaimer form must be signed before using the swimming
pool and or trampoline.

This
is a non smoking establishment.

Payment
is excepted by credit/debit card or cash.

If
your card is chip and pin it will only be excepted if you know
you pin number.
